The Opportunity
Peak Psychology has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Psychologist to join our team in a Team Leader capacity. This role will suit an experienced manager, or a senior practitioner ready to step into a leadership role.
Peak Psychology provides psychological services to clients presenting with a range of conditions as a result of a workplace injury or incident. Due to significant growth in the division we are seeking a Team Leader to join our team.
The role will involve the management of a small team, providing mentoring and coaching and ensuring the team is working in a cohesive and professional manner. With small teams, and experienced management group, you have significant opportunity to learn from the best in the business and develop your career. Peak Conditioning has over 20 years of experience in the market - this is a not-to-be missed opportunity to develop your career with a market leader.
Essential Criteria
- Candidate must be registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and hold or be willing to obtain SIRA accreditation.
- Must hold full driver's license and have their own motor vehicle
- Have or are willing to obtain a current Police Check.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in the provision of evidence based, short term therapies and engaging in genuine collaborative care with GPs, Insurers and other treatment providers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong emphasis on developing relationships.
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and detailed approach to work
- Previous management experience will be highly regarded
