As The facility Manager You Will...

• You will oversee the day to day operations of the home 
• Empower, guide and mentor your team to ensure best possible outcomes of care is provided.
• Go above and beyond to ensure an outstanding service is provided
• Cultivate a supportive, collaborative and respectful culture within your team 
• Other areas of responsibility will include ACFI, quality improvement, mentoring & leading staff and occupancy
• Provide support and guidance to residents, families, and staff
• Oversee the finances & budgets

The Ideal Candidate Will Have...

• Current APHRA Registration
• Previous management background
• Strong organisational and leadership qualities
• Extensive knowledge of ACFI, Quality and Accreditation processes
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
