The team at Greenmount Gardens are seeking a Part Time employee with:
- Demonstrated experience in aged care
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for working with the elderly
Greenmount Gardens is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and enjoys close proximity to Lake Macquarie Fair Shopping Centre which is located directly across the road. Additionally, for the convenience of residents, Greenmount Gardens is situated close to transport, bowling and social clubs.

Essential:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Equivalent and Certificate IV in Aged Care Work
- Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)
- An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
- Previous experience in residential aged care
- Demonstrated experience in the documentation of residents' care
- Demonstrated experience in dementia and palliative careAs part of the recruitment process candidates will be required to undertake a functional assessment including drug and alcohol testing.
