Working primarily with participants of the NDIS at a 1:1 level, you will be responsible for all standard support staff duties ranging from community access to self-care and everything in-between, working alongside these individuals provides an incredible opportunity to enable potential, support capacity and build independence. You will need to be committed to providing the highest standard of care and support, comfortably build and maintain professional relationships with clients and as we are working within an individual’s life reliability is essential.
  
We are proud to say that we’re known for the quality of our staff, and as such you will be required to meet the following mandatory requirements to be successful:

• A minimum of 6 months paid experience within Disability Support work
• Current NPC, WWC, First Aid Certificate and Medication Administration training or the willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• 2 professional industry reference checks

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers to support participants in the South Metro area due to the continuing growth of the Sector.
