The Department
Ward 4 East (General Medicine) is a 32-bed unit that specialises in caring for a patient with a range of acute and chronic conditions. It is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse and complex patient group. Our passionate and highly skilled multi-disciplinary team work together to achieve excellence in quality patient care.
The Role
As the ward clerk on 4 East, you will be responsible for the coordination of communication, patient services and clerical functions as directed by the Nurse Manager.
In this role, you will facilitate communication within the ward, arrange and coordinate patient services, promote and maintain good customer relations with patients, visitors, and other hospital personnel and ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
