Registered Nurse - Aged Care Assessment Team Employment Type: Temporary Part Time (30.7.18 - 26.6.20) Position Classification: Registered Nurse Remuneration: $31.58 - $43.26 per hour Hours Per Week: 24 Requisition ID: REQ50885 Location: Taree, NSW Registered Nurse - Aged Care Assessment Team Manning Hospital, Taree Working in this fulfilling role, you will provide safe and compassionate client-centred aged care assessment for older people living within the Lower Mid North Coast Sector. Working within the Commonwealth Guidelines for the Aged Care Assessment Program and conducting comprehensive assessments using the My Aged Care Assessor Portal, you will support clients and their families and carers to achieve identified goals and outcomes. What you'll be doing: Provide safe compassionate person centred care within the unit/facility ensuring safe care is delivered in collaboration with patients/families/carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes. An eligibility list will be created for future similar vacancies, both permanent and temporary.
