Registered Nurse

IRT Dalmeny is looking to appoint a passionate Registered Nurse with supervisory experience to join its dynamic Care Team. Working either full-time or part-time, you will maintain professional relationships with residents whilst delivering a high standard of service.
Your Responsibilities: You will provide clinical care whilst managing and supervising other Aged Care Employees in delivering care to our residents. You will undertake resident assessments, monitor resident clinical care needs, and report on any changes which may lead to an increase in Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) funding. Providing treatment in complex situations may also be required.
To be successful you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in Aged Care
- a current AHPRA registration
- comprehensive knowledge of clinical issues relevant to the field
- previous experience in bed occupancy management
- previous experience with Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
- the ability to work in a supervisory role (desirable)
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends is required.
