Essential Criteria:

• Registered Nurse with current registration through AHPRA.
• A minimum 1 years Aged Care experience
• Experience working within a complex residential aged care environment.
• Experience managing staff.
• Experience delegating to all levels of staff
• The confidence to make an execute executive decisions
• A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Awareness and knowledge of current issues affecting older people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate – advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office packages.
• Experience with roster management.
• Knowledge of ACFI and care planning experience.

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of quality improvement, accreditation systems and OH&S.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Legislation.
