About The Role

This role is offered as a 12 months fixed term contract, supporting project execution and the operational management of the change processes for Customer Experience, in line with the Cochlear standard, ensuring measured improvements and positive outcomes for Service Operations and the wider organisation.

This role will also partner and work collaboratively with the Project Management Office and other internal stakeholders (such as Information Technology, Global Marketing and regional Customer Experience Leads) where projects and initiatives impact customer experience, to ensure and that change practice is consistent and aligned.

About You

  • Experience in identifying, researching, evaluating and recommending appropriate change management practices/approaches
  • Experience in delivering change initiatives within a global and/or matrix organisation(s)
  • Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities while effectively managing stakeholder expectations and influencing others to move toward a common vision/goal

What will make you stand out?

  • Experience in organizational design change management
  • Process improvement qualification (i.e. Lean Six Sigma)
  • Healthcare or related industry experience
  • Experience in IT and information systems project implementations
