Caring across Tasmania Retirement Village & Sales Coordinator Southern Cross Care (Tas) Inc. is a leading aged care provider with a proud history of more than 45 years of delivering residential aged care, home care and retirement living services across Tasmania. Reporting to the Executive Manager, Corporate Services and Retirement Villages, the Villa and Sales Coordinator is responsible for the management of five Retirement Villages located in the Sandy Bay and Taroona areas of Hobart. You are invited to apply for the position if you are interested in working in a highly demanding and diverse area of aged care. To be successful you will need to demonstrate diverse management experience, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, achieve effective sales and settlement of units and demonstrate a practical approach to the refurbishment and upgrade of units. Professional qualifications, sound knowledge in marketing, sales and real-estate experience is desirable with a well-developed track record in negotiations and an ability to work constructively as part of a team. The position is a full time contract position.
