We are searching to embrace a compassionate & experienced Registered Nurse to assist in the assessment, care planning & coordination of clients on an 8 week Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) program in combination with other types of home based care.

To be successful in applying you will be/have;
A qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Preferable experience in community / rehabilitation and visiting clients in their own home.
Minimum of 12 months experience
Computer skills essential
Be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate through BallyCara
