2019 Northern Health Graduate Nurse Program - Transition to Practice
Applications are now being accepted from eligible candidates for the Graduate Nurse Program (General Stream) to be conducted at Northern Health in 2019.
The Northern Health Graduate Nurse Transition to Practice Program offers the unique opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career across the complete continuum of care.
Applicants must expect to complete their Bachelor of Nursing degree, and be eligible to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Division One Registered Nurse by commencement of employment.
