Dr Geoffrey Chin's Dental Practice in Mosman Park is looking for a customer service orientated person to be our front desk co-ordinator. Our practice is in a fully customized, refurbished building which promotes a boutique type service for our patients. We are heavily scheduled and work only Monday to Thursday with no evenings or weekend appointments.
If you are a warm people person who enjoys interacting with patients who have been with the practice for over 25 years and where generations of families come to us and trust us with their oral well-being, we want to talk to you. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer skills are also essential.
The key duties of this important role include appointment scheduling, filing of correspondence and patient cards, liaising on the telephone, ordering, invoicing and receipting, data entry, accounts payable and receivable, banking, Eftpos reconciliation, mailing and typing of correspondence.
A minimum of 2 years admin experience is essential but not necessarily in the dental field. We offer training and continuing education as required.
This part time position is Monday to Thursday with no evenings.
