Lifeview Residential Care (Lifeview) an Victorian based residential aged care provider operating four homes with 281 beds, in the south-eastern suburbs. With significant growth on the cards we are currently looking for a motivated, dedicated and proactive Registered Nurse to join our Corporate team. If you are someone with a “can do” attitude, who thrives on new challenges; and consistently delivers to the highest quality, then you will fit right in and will ensure your success in this role
The successful applicant will be:
- A Registered Nurse currently registered in Australia (APHRA) without any notation and with minimum 2 years' experience.
- A team player who enjoys having FUN at work
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Aged Care environment.
- Passionate about aged care
- Able to lead a team of care staff
- Ideally experienced with eCase
- Exposure to and experienced in ACFI
- Clinical governance skills will be highly regarded
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services – electronic medication chart
- Demonstrated experience with ACFI as well as case management and understanding of accreditation will be highly regarded
- Hold a current driver’s license
- Flexibility to travel to different sites with short notice
