Key requirements:

  • Qualifications in Psychology
  • The ability to work competently and independently with a diverse and complex case load of job seekers in implementing strategies to achieve employment outcomes.
  • An understanding of best practice principles, regulatory, ethical, privacy and other relevant guidelines.
  • A superior level of interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively to a team setting
  • Warmth, flexibility and calmness under pressure
  • Excellent computing skills, superior written skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • The ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
  • A current Australian driver’s licence is essential.

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply for this role. The successful candidate will currently have or has the ability to obtain Provisional or General Registration with AHPRA, however, your appointment will be at a reduced classification level and salary until General or Provisional Registration is obtained.
