Job Description:

Imagine being able to positively impact someone's quality of life by providing them with care they need within their own home. You will be an invaluable support to them by helping them with their care, as well as providing clinical management to the customer. You will also be responsible for providing a Holistic Clinical approach to our customer's health and wellbeing which will involve liaising with families and General Practitioners.

Essential requirements:

  • Current RN registration/qualification with AHPRA
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Access to the internet and a smartphone
  • Competent in male and female catheterisation
  • Competent in Stoma management
  • Competent in chronic wound care management
