Exciting opportunity for an energised individual to play a key role in the continued growth of our Melbourne network of Radiology practices.  The role of Doctor Liaison / Relationship Officer is a part-time role based at our Carlton practice, a few minutes walk from Melbourne's CBD.

Your primary responsibility will be to visit our valued Medical referrers to build relationships and increase referrals.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will :

• Identify and visit prospective Medical referrers to build relationships
• Help coordinate functions and training events
• Maintain, manage and analyze the database of referrers
• Provide a high level of customer service to Medical referrers and ensure their Radiology needs are met by our practices

The ideal person

We are seeking an applicant who is dynamic and hands on with strong relationship building skills.  Previous experience in a sales or relationship management type role will be an advantage.

The successful applicant will have :

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• The ability to quickly establish rapport
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Well-groomed presentation
• A current vehicle driver's licence

Some knowledge of the health industry is desirable.
