The opportunity

 

We have an opportunity for a Client Incident and Feedback Navigator to join the Capability and Excellence team at Silver Chain House, Osborne Park, on a permanent part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to partner with the business to facilitate the implementation of a client safety program across the business.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with all areas of the business to lead and coordinate the functional management of client incidents and feedback. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clinical safety subject matter experts.

 

The successful candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in the principles, processes and application of clinical governance, clinical safety and client incident and feedback management in a health/social care setting.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, identify trend and review systems for process and systemic improvements.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to implement change and improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks
  • A diverse background in delivering.  Exposure to health care would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills to identify risks and make recommendations to ensure the safety of our clients.
  • Tertiary and/or industry qualifications in a health-related discipline.
  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
