Selection Criteria to be addressed: Proven experience in managing staff including rostering Demonstrated effective problem solving and negotiation skills Understanding of revenue and billings processes within a health service Commitment to frontline customer service and quality service delivery Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team with excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated computer literacy including the use of HealthRoster, i.PM, PBRC Experience in HPRM and VMoney systems preferred but not essential Need more information?
