We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Ultrasound Services Manager to join our team at the South West Health Campus in Bunbury.
About the Role
The Ultrasound Services Manager position has both an educational and clinical focus. The major responsibilities will be to coordinate, supervise and provide education across the region.
- Maintain a high quality and efficient Ultrasound service
- Be responsible for day to day running of Ultrasound across all GDA sites
- Rostering of Sonographers
- Responsible for the monitoring, training and development of Sonographers
- Foster growth in ultrasound to help grow and develop the modality within GDA
About You
- Post Grad Diploma in Medical Ultrasound/ DMU (or equivalent)
- Eligibility for membership of the Australian Sonographer's Accreditation Registry (Ultrasound)
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs
- Demonstrated experience in training ultrasound students
- Excellent diagnostic imaging skills
