This contract will suit someone who is consultative and can build relationships quickly

We need an experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse who has real accountability and a solid track record within Residential Aged Care. You will be responsible for the overall clinical management of the facility. 3 month contract with the potential to go permanent. 

To be considered for this role, the candidate will have:  

• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
• Manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised and an ability to use systems
• Experience in managing/mentor  care staff and success in managing change
• Current AHPRA Registration 
• Current Police Check
