The Company:

The Opportunity:

Due to continued growth, PeopleSense is looking for a Clinical or Registered Psychologist to undertake a variety of psychological services, with a focus on Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling, based in our Subiaco office with potential to work one or more days in our other Perth metro office locations. 

As well as EAP counselling, other duties of the role may include:

  • Critical incident responding;
  • Support counselling;
  • Fitness for work and psychological assessments;
  • Medicare rebated services;
  • Training delivery and evaluation;
  • Mediation;
  • Workplace rehabilitation services; and
  • Organisational development activities.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will also be required to have:

  • Full registration with AHPRA;
  • Proven ability to complete assessments and write reports;
  • Experience in providing short-term psychological interventions (6-10 sessions);
  • Eligibility for Medicare registration; and
  • A current driver's license and a reliable car.

Experience providing interventions within the Medicare better access initiative/mental healthcare plan is desirable but not essential.
