RSL LifeCare provides care and service to 7,500 senior Australians and employs 3,500 people. We are a leading not-for-profit organisation providing high quality residential aged care, retirement living and home care services throughout NSW and the ACT with over 100 years of caring.
Ron Middleton VC Gardens is a beautiful 80 bed care facility located at North Richmond and has been in operation for four years. The facility achieved re-accreditation last year and maintains stable occupancy.
This role, with the assistance of a dedicated Care Manager, is responsible for full operational management of the nursing home including care, funding, regulatory compliance, quality improvement and financial management. .
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you must be an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic leader with a passion for the provision of high quality, innovative care and services to Veterans and older Australians. You will be energetic with the natural ability to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team and communicate with all stakeholders. A positive attitude with the ability to turn a problem around or better still, find a new way of doing it, will set you apart. Qualification in nursing and/ or business are desirable.
