ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Complex Care Senior Clinician role provides a mixture of clinical work based in different clinical settings and supports clients who are primarily case managed from the community mental health program. The Complex Care Program provides clients and carers with a diverse range of care plan options to support client recovery.
- Permanent Full Time 80 hours per fortnight (ADO included).
- Located within Wyndham Community mental health team at IPC Community Health Centre. The role includes outreach work as well as travel to other sites.
- Candidates will be experienced in referral, assessment processes and treatment planning.
- Ability to provide Care Co-ordination services to support clients.
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience is favourable.
ABOUT YOU:
- An APHRA Registration Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist, Registered Nurses would also have a Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Practice (Mental Health) or
- Social Worker with a recognised degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership for the Association of Australian Social Workers.
- Clinical Specialist RPN4, Senior Clinician Grade 3 – OT or SW, & Psychologist Grade 3
- Demonstrated communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a community mental health setting.
- Ability to ensure effective management of resources within an allocated budget.
- Evidence of understanding of the Mental Health Act 2014 and other relevant legislation. A sound, current knowledge and understanding of public mental health service delivery.
- Commitment to professional development and quality assurance.

Services are available to adults through acute inpatient programs, residential rehabilitation programs and crisis and community recovery-focused treatment programs.
