Customer Service Consultant - Wallace Everett

Based in Burleigh, we have a stand-out opportunity for a customer-minded individual who enjoys providing the best possible experience for our customers.

As a Customer Service Consultant you will spend your time responding to customer enquiries, and resolving problems or concerns, as well as providing some technical advice and product recommendations to them. Of course, maintaining customer records and ensuring the accuracy of orders is critical to success in this role too!

Our ideal candidate will have:
* 2 or more years experience in customer service
* Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
* High attention to detail
* Prior experience in records maintenance and/or data entry
* A 'team player' attitude, and a drive to succeed as a team.
