Opportunity
Calling all fellowed doctors as we have the perfect opportunity for a passionate talent to bring their skills outback & make a real difference to the Buronga and surrounding community. You will be supporting patients and their families and making a huge impact in the community.
About the Town
With a population of around 2,700 Buronga is a picturesque town is located on the banks of the Murray River and sits a stonecast from Mildura. Buronga is the gateway to the neighbouring towns of Wentworth, Mungo National Park, Euston and Balranald. With views across the Murry to Mildura, the town is a great little oasis with tall, shady sites to sit back and relax. Delicious selection of restaurants, cafes and classic country pubs and the area also boasts a choice of local and private schools and activities for the kids. Buronga is a short drive to the thriving towns of Mildura and Broken Hill and about 4 hours’ drive from Adelaide city with regular flights to Melbourne and Sydney airports.

Selection
- Must have current general or specialist medical registration with AHPRA
- DWS doctors who have fellowed but still bound by moratorium
- Full medical Indemnity
- Current ABN (Australian Business Number)
- WWCC / NCRC Clearance
- Willingness to contribute positively within a team environment
- Commitment to rural community
