Summit Medical Group is seeking an energetic and mature minded part-time medical receptionist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join its busy team of general practitioners and allied health staff.
To be successful, you must have a friendly, professional and courteous manner and be able to work both in a team and autonomously.
Excellent computer skills are mandatory, along with a "can do" attitude.
Previous experience as a medical receptionist will be highly regarded but is not essential.Extensive on the job training will be provided.
We are looking for a person with:
- excellent personal presentation, customer service and telephone skills in conjunction with a calm demeanour.
- the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will need to be able to commit to the following:
- must be available to work varying shifts between the hours of 8am and 9.30pm on Mondays to Fridays and 8.30am to 1.30pm on alternate Saturdays if required.
- must have a current police and working with children's check.
The successful applicant can expect a friendly working environment with a generous rate of pay and a minimum of 18 hours per week.
