Chronic and Complex - Podiatrist Employment Type: Temporary Part Time (Up to 20/06/2020) Job Share may be considered Position Classification: Podiatrist Level 1/2 Remuneration: $30.85 - $44.69 Hours Per Week: 24 Requisition ID: REQ54383 Location: Mount Druitt - Community Health Centre Where you'll be working Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing Responsible for the provision of the high quality podiatry services to patients of WSLHD. Responsible for contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation improvement & reporting of the podiatry service within the Chronic and Complex team. Essential Criteria: Vaccination Category: A Checks: Working with Child Check & Aged Care Check Registration: Current full registration with AHPRA as a Podiatrist. Licence: Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia. Selection Criteria: Demonstrated skills in Podiatry assessment, planning and evaluating interventions for clients with chronic and complex health conditions. Demonstrated understanding of the health and associated care needs of persons with complex, chronic and/or aged conditions residing in the community. Able to utilise relevant evidence based, best practice guidelines to guide decision making for best client outcomes. High-level written and oral communication skills, computer competence and ability to use electronic medical records, word processing and databases. Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary team. Need more information?
