Our client is a respected Not for Profit organisation who deliver a range of human services programs throughout Australia. Currently there is an exciting opportunity to head up the organisation's Headspace facility in Katherine, Northern Territory.

As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for providing the effective delivery and overall management of services for Headspace Katherine. This includes providing effective management and clinical leadership to all staff (including private providers) to ensure the service delivers an early intervention youth mental health service to young people aged 12-25 within the headspace model of evidence based best practice.

Tertiary qualification/s in Mental Health is essential along with substantial experience in a health related discipline. It is also highly desirable you can provide evidence of:

• Leadership and Management
• Senior clinical experience
• Program management
• People management
• Community engagement
• Passion for youth mental health
• Regulatory body membership such as AHPRA
