We are looking for an experienced or recently graduated Registered Nurse who wants to work in a GP practice, to join our friendly team.
Applicant must be available to work 4-5 days per fortnight, plus the flexibility to be able to cover other staff absence.
Duties would include (but not limited to):
- Procedure Assistance
- Pathology
- Immunisations
- Spirometry
- ECGs
- Patient recalls and reminders
- Health assessments
- Wound management
- Chronic Disease Management - Care Plans
- Infection control
Essential for the role:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer skills and flexibility in adapting to new software
- A friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking attitude
- CPR training
- Flexibility and reliability with working hours
