The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen within our Same Employer Division for a Rehabilitation Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to for an ambitious and driven consultant. We offer a varied workload, predominately comprising of Workers Compensation and CTP clients. Tasks include Workplace Assessments, ergonomic assessments, functional capacity assessments, injury education and case management.
The role is a highly autonomous with the ability to work from home or work from the office. We have a strong company culture, with a desire to promote and retain talented employees.
Essential Criteria
- Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Accreditation with ESSA (for Exercise Physiologists) or APHRA Registration (for Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist)
- Candidate must have their own motor vehicle & full license
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in an occupational rehabilitation setting would be highly regarded
- Sound clinical reasoning and ability to identify the appropriate management of a range of injuries (musculoskeletal and other medical conditions)
- The ability to build relationships with customers
- Self-starter and highly dependable
- Quality and outcome focused approach
- Confidence in using technology is essential for this role
