The types of roles we recruit for are:
- Medical Receptionist
- Executive Assistant / Personal Assistants
- HR & Payroll Officers
- Medical Specialist Secretary
- Practice Manager
- Or other medical or healthcare service managerial positions.
All positions are based within the healthcare/services industry, which can often be a very fast-paced environment. Applicants will be required to be quick learners and have previous experience in the chosen field.
Desirable skill-sets/experience:
- MS Office skills
- Fast and accurate data entry & typing
- Proven Organisational & Time Management skills
- VIC Government experience desirable
- Medical terminology advantageous
Suitable candidates will need to be available full-time hours and available to start ASAP. The roles are varied and range between temporary assignments of 1 week all the way to 6 mos+. The possibility for permanent positions also available.
