Located in the cosmopolitan heart of Canberra, near Campbell, this 100+ bed facility is seeking an experienced Care Manager to take over a 12 month maternity cover.

The Care Manager will be joining an award winning Aged Care Provider that is well established and loved within the community.

You will be Working with a highly experienced team and ensuring the residents receive the best possible care and service to be able to enhance their quality of life.

As the Care Manager you will be expected to utilise your leadership and management skills to help support and guide your care team to provide outstanding service to residents. 


The Requirements: 

• Current AHPRA registration
• Previous experience in a managerial role in an Aged Care setting (Preferably 2+yrs)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to built positive relationships with Care Team, families and residents
• Demonstrated strength in leadership and management
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI , Accreditation, Quality
