We are expanding our team and looking for part time/ casual weekend beauty advisors who have extensive knowledge of cosmetics,, skin care & hair products to provide our customers with exceptional service. At the same time help us develop strategies that will further drive and build our cosmetic and skin care categories. 

WANT TO LOVE BEING A PART OF THIS TEAM?

The primary role of the  Beauty Advisor is to manage our skin care and colour cosmetic ranges whilst promoting and offering knowledge to customers. Their responsibilities include:

• Recommending skin care and cosmetic products
• Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
• Processing sales and offering add-on products
• Achieving sales targets

Our Ideal Candidates

• Extensive Knowledge of Skin , Hair & Cosmetic Products
• Proven track record of growing sales in skincare & cosmetic category
• You must be available to work Saturdays and alternate Sundays
• Thrive on meeting and exceeding performance targets
• Exceptional presentation
• Appreciation of perfumes
• Ability to put on eye lashes
• Ability to do make overs
• Excellent Customer Service
• Strong Communication Skills
• Dedicated Work Ethic
• Ability to work well in a Team and Autonomously
• Willingness to Learn and Grow with the Business
• Eye for Detail and Accuracy
• Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment with the flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
• Have a passion for Retail, particularly in Health and Beauty, and a genuine commitment to the customer.
• Deliver a customer focused shopping experience for every customer, every time.
• Make our customers fall in love with our products through your flair for visual merchandising and creating an inviting and product focused environment.
• Holder of Certificate for Ear Piercing
• Holder of Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Diploma of makeup, Certificate of hairdressing or equivalent  is at a distinct advantage
