Are you seeking to apply your skills in a varied and busy project role? This opportunity is working on a nationally funded training program and will work with members to coordinate training events, and project activities. You will be joining a large membership based organisation in the CBD and be working with a supportive Project Manager to further develop your skills.
This role is a fast paced and varied role. We are seeking expressions of interest from candidate that bring project management or project administration experience. You will demonstrate the capacity to run multiple projects at one time with a strong attention to details and customer service skills.
Key responsibilities will include
- Proactively leading the coordination of events and program activities
- Collation of data for project reporting
- Administer meeting agendas, briefing papers and minutes
To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate:
- Ideally relevant tertiary qualification in education, healthcare or research background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills including the ability to manage concurrent tasks
- A team player and proactive in your approach
- Ability to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders
