Your role in our future.
Outpatients Pathology is a fast paced department providing specimen collection services for Peter Mac patients. We attend to specimen collections, perfom ECG's, cannulation and Central Venous Access Device (CVAD) care. The department sees up to 250 patients a day, with a combined work force of Registered Nurses and Pathology Collectors.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Registration with AHPRA
- Experience with cannulation and CVAD sampling and dressings
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced enviornment
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
