About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of ACFI Coordinator (RN) to assist in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to ACFI at our Arcare Glenhaven residence NSW
The ACFI Coordinator will assist in ACFI assessments, collating ACFI packs, identifying opportunities for ACFI uplifts and ensuring accuracy and best practice at all times whilst optimising ACFI submissions.
This position is for 3 days a week for an EN or RN. With the optional for an RN to work an additional 2 days a week as an RN
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate for this position will be a RN and will have:
- Demonstrated high level of clinical assessment skills
- A strong leadership skills with exceptional communication skills
- A current AHPRA registration
- Great documentation practice
- Great understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
- Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Current police check
