The Position
Healthcare Australia are currently looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers with specific experience supporting individuals on the Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

You will have experience working with Autistic children and young people. You will know how to engage and interact with kids/youth. You will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will display great reliability, commitment and consistency. You must also have a proven work history with children and youth.


Essential Criteria:
To be considered for the role, you must have the following:

• A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• A current full NSW driver's license & fully insured car. 
• Valid Police Check
• Valid Working With Children's Check
• Experience in supporting clients with a disability
• Experience in challenging behaviours
