About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an IT System Integration Test Co-Ordinator. This position is located in their busy Moonee Ponds office with an initial 6 month contract with possible extensions.
  
About the Role 
As an IT System Integration Test Co-Ordinator you will join the Client Contact delivery team. The team comprises approx. 30 members including analysts/testers, developers, project managers and product managers who work very closely with supporting partners and vendors.

Duties

• Identify and report on technical issues or risks and collaborate on their resolution
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and design strategies to effectively and accurately test the technical aspects of integration services components, products and releases
• Construct and document processes and procedures for testing activities
• Select the appropriate resources to achieve quality business and service delivery outcomes
• Provide leadership and direction to others and manage and report on individual and overall team performance

  
Requirements/Skills

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Experience in automated testing of Contact Centre using Cyara is highly desirable. 
• Experience in Nuance Voice Biometrics, Verint Call Recording & Genesys Call Centre.
• Baseline Security Clearance desirable
