We are currently seeking an Office Manager at a SOGC level on a minimum three month contract. This is with a possible chance of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Strong people management, especially performance management

• Team building

• Mentoring of the group, including the existing manager

• High level communication skills

• High level organisational and planning skills

• High level stakeholder engagement

• High level digital skills

• Good financial skills

• Understanding of or empathy with community development / meeting community needs

• Ability to lead staff who are working with vulnerable community groups
