Position Summary:

Responsibilities of the role of Principal Project Officer's include policy and program research and analysis, provision of policy advice on responding to and preventing elder abuse and delivery of projects on prevention and response. Working with key stakeholders across a range of sectors, the Principal Project Officer will develop policy advice in relation to elder abuse, including preparation of reports, budget proposals and briefing papers.

This role will make a key contribution in supporting the leadership of service-based responses to the findings of the Royal Commission into Family Violence in relation to elder abuse.
