It’s an exciting time in our business, as we are experiencing exceptional growth and opportunity. We are now seeking an experienced recruiter to join our close-knit team. You will be working with a well-established client base and assist building our already respected presence in the market.
You may have a specialist recruiting background, or have worked within a HR environment, organisational psychology or even a recent graduate looking for the next step in your career.
Highly responsive, you will get your satisfaction from working within the fast-faced temporary and contract environment.
As a collaborative team player, you are not afraid to "roll your sleeves up", provide additional support and enjoy the rewards of your team's success.
Key duties include:
- End-to-end recruitment of temporary and/or contract staff
- Develop and build on the existing client base
- Source and manage positive candidate relationships
- Updating and maintaining candidate and client management systems
- Preparing tenders, EOIs and other client documentation
With strong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude, you will not only be at ease working with a variety of systems but also using LinkedIn and other sourcing media, leaving no stone unturned to source opportunities and find the right candidates.
