Joining our team as Business Resilience Co-ordinator you’ll deliver professional support that makes a significant contribution to our daily operation and long-term strategy.
Working within the Business Support Group, this role provides for the facilitation and co-ordination of the Customer Service Delivery Group’s business continuity and incident management plans and programs to ensure that we continue to meet core business objectives and contribute to the achievement of our Corporate Vision.
In this role you will enjoy being a valued team member, be self-motivated, pro-active in supporting outcomes to business disruptions/incidents to ensure the timely return to ‘Business As Usual’ operations. You must also have a passion for working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful and achieve your full potential in this role, it is important that you have an understanding of incident management and business continuity planning, in addition to an ability to influence, engage and communicate with people of all levels.
