About the Role
The School Based Youth Health nurse is to support and enhance the capacity of state schools with secondary students to develop structures and environments that promote the health and wellbeing of young people and to provide secondary school aged people with access to a limited primary health care service within the school.
Salary Information:
Total remuneration value up to $4469.24 p.m.;comprising salary between $44.28 - $47.41 p.h.; (Nurse Grade 6 (1)); Permanent Part Time (38hrs p.f.); Applications will remain current for 12 months.
