This department is currently seeking multiple APS3 Administrators

This particular team within the HR branch is responsible for providing streamlined entry level checks, new starter commencement processing including letters of offer, and existing employee record maintenance.

Description

The duties of the position include:

• Provide general advice and basic assistance to candidates, managers and recruitment teams in relation to the on-boarding process and the status of requests
• Work under general supervision within established procedures and practices
• processing of police checks, letters of offer, and HR data SAP GUI actions
• Escalate issues to APS4 On-boarding Account Managers or concerns when required
• Action work allocated from a positional mailbox
• responsibility for correct record keeping of data on relevant spreadsheets/resources

Profile

Candidates require:

• A minimum of 2 years administration experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Data entry skills
• Understanding of Work, Excel, Outlook
• Must be an Australian Citizen
