About the role
This position reports to the Development Assessment Coordinator, playing a key part in establishing a customer-driven Development Assessment service that is prompt, reliable and professional.
The role is responsible for assessment and determination of Development Applications in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and Regulations.

If you have strong knowledge and experience within the Development Assessment field with relevant qualifications and are keen to achieve innovative outcomes for the organisation, this is the opportunity for you.

Salary
Starting salary of around $80K with significant scope for performance based salary progression
