The Client
Our client within a Federal Government agency is seeking an Enterprise Change Manager to join their team. This position is located in Sydney

The Role 
Your role will require you to develop, implement and evaluate change management strategies, plans and schedules in accordance with the Agency’s Change Management Framework while considering change initiative interdependencies.

If successful your duties will include but aren’t limited to:

• Assess impacts on stakeholders and their areas of resistance.
• Support the coordination of change management activities in conjunction with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, workforce planning and communications teams
• Identify, assess and report possible change risks or issues, as well as recommending treatment strategies
• Prepare written briefings and advice to senior leaders and governance bodies on planned change roll-outs
• Align with the Agency’s project management methodologies to meet deadlines and produce high-quality outcomes that address business needs within a complex environment
• Track and evaluate change management activities and propose recommendations for continuous improvement
• Contribute to team task and direction setting, business planning and developing staff capability through coaching and mentoring
• Develop productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to strengthening Agency change management capability.
