APS 5 - Human Resource Advisor & System Administrator

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
- A good working knowledge of the Aurion HRIMS system
- Excellent Excel skills
- HR metric reporting and self-service
- Solid stakeholder relationship management
- An interest in being an HR generalist
- Time management and prioritisation
- Strong attention to detail
- Conduct general HR and payroll support activities
- Provide support on Employee Relations & WHS
- Manage the organisational chart and position management in Aurion
- Develop and prepare HR reports and metrics
- Coordination of system enhancements
- Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding HR activities
- Develop procedures and or technical manuals and guidelines
- Other administration duties as required
- Demonstrated experience within an HR and/or payroll environment within the APS using Aurion
- Proficiency in Excel and HR metric reporting
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience to prioritise and manage own workload
- High level of customer service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills and people management skills
- A current Baseline security clearance will be an advantage
