Critically, you will have significant stakeholder engagement experience, particularly in change management at a senior level. A strategic thinker, you will use your problem solving skills and behavioural science insights to develop interventions to help influence behaviour.

About the role

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of a Behaviour Change Master Plan outlining the priorities, principles and strategies underpinning successful behaviour change initiatives. This includes identifying emerging issues for future focus.

Your proven experience in developing, implementing and evaluating behaviour change strategies, initiatives and communications, along with your outstanding communication skills, will see you succeed.

You will be involved in everything from writing content to project managing behaviour change communication initiatives, including research, business cases, resource allocation, budgets, contracts, monitoring and evaluation to ensure success.

You will thrive in a fast paced, busy environment with the opportunity to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
