The Role

 

As the Senior Risk Manager, you will assist in the implementation of risk management practices to support the implementation of Property NSW’s Business Plans. You will provide advice to managers on risk management framework and initiatives to encourage the building of a risk intelligent organisational culture that supports performance improvement through innovation and best practice. You will provide support in developing business continuity planning and management of incidents.

We are seeking accomplished individuals with extensive experience/knowledge relevant to governance, risk and compliance management. This is a unique opportunity to use your influencing, collaborative and stakeholder management skills across a diverse range of stakeholders to effectively meet PNSW objectives.  Delivering client requirements and expectations is key driver.

The Challenges:

Manage wide range of internal stakeholders with diverse priorities to achieve a consistent and cohesive approach to risk management which reflects Property NSW’s enterprise

approach to risk.

 

Support risk management practice in specialised business areas, including State Significant and other events in the precinct, residential housing, valuations, major projects, leasing and tenant

management and commercial transactions.

 

Essential requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent in-depth experience/knowledge relevant to

governance, risk compliance and business continuity management.

Salary: Grade 9/10, maximum salary package up to $128,760 Package includes salary [$105,409 – $116,157] and employer’s contribution to superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.
